Vinyasa Yoga for Youth Online Yoga Teacher Trainings
All of our Yoga Trainings are taught with a trauma informed viewpoint.
recommended for everyone from school teachers to yoga enthusiasts and even youth themselves.
ROOTS
An entry level intensive were you will learn the history of VYFY, get rooted in your own Yoga practice, and learn skills for teaching Yoga to youth.
RISE
Hosted in person every fall, Rise is our full Yoga teacher training. We spend time within schools to gather first hand experience teaching Yoga to youth.
RECLAIM
A Yoga intensive to learn the newly designed VYFY Yoga curriculums. Both curriculums, Mental Health & Social Justice, will be covered.
